Consultation

Consultation

Working with organizations and communities to navigate conflict, complexity, and change.

Approach

Alongside my academic work, I have extensive experience in organizational consulting, group facilitation, and conflict transformation. I have worked with public institutions, civil-society organizations, and educational and professional communities in Israel/Palestine, Germany, and the United States, addressing questions of leadership, organizational change, identity, and intergroup relations.

My professional practice is informed by social and political theory, while my practical experience continues to shape the questions I bring to my research and teaching. I am particularly interested in creating spaces for reflection, dialogue, and institutional change in contexts marked by social and political divisions.

My work addresses the tensions between academic freedom, institutional responsibilities, and the needs of diverse academic communities, with particular attention to how political divisions shape classroom interactions, teaching practices, and relationships among students and faculty.
